Public reset announcements and watch forecasts are stored so the site can display history and statistics.

Community reactions and watch votes use an opaque request or browser voter identifier to prevent duplicate submissions. They are not linked to a Codex account.

Email reminders require your explicit confirmation. We store your email address, subscription state and delivery records. The confirmation verifier is stored as a hash; the pending email temporarily contains the link until sent or expired (24 hours). Reminder emails are sent through our configured mail provider. We do not track opens.

The personal reset calculator processes your reset time, timezone, remaining percentage and planned work hours in this page's memory. These inputs are not uploaded or saved automatically. If you choose “Save these values on this browser”, local storage keeps only the latest reset times, timezones, remaining percentages and your check time. It never stores pasted /status text or planned work hours. Saved values are historical inputs, not live account data; recheck Usage before reuse. “Clear all inputs” also removes the saved record. A successful calculation may send only the calculator_completed event name through the site's existing analytics, with no calculator inputs attached.

Public campaign links use UTM labels to measure visits and actions. Page URLs attached to our custom action events keep only standard campaign labels and exclude URL fragments and account fields. Confirmation and unsubscribe pages defer analytics; a successful confirmation is counted only after its token is removed. Event-card exports happen in your browser. Downloaded calendar files contain the reset time and a one-time alert, not your remaining quota.

On your first visit, the site uses the country supplied by Cloudflare from your IP to select a default language. Language selection does not store your IP or send it to a new third party. A manual choice is remembered in a language preference cookie for one year. Browser language is used when country is unknown.

Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link. Opening the page alone does not change your subscription; click its confirmation button to stop future queued reminders. You can also change or remove a watch vote and clear the anonymous browser voter identifier.

When optional notification or payment credentials are not configured, those features stay disabled and no external message or charge is attempted.
